Hi, thanks for the article and info.
There are a lot of times when I have an audio selection of music playing over some video I’ve shot but in sections of the video where I’m talking, I’d like to reduce the audio of the music down to like 5%. When I’m done talking and the video shot returns to just scenery or whatever, I’d like to bring the music volume back up to around 50% or so.
I haven’t found a way to do this as it seems that, for an added audio track, you can only set the volume once for the entire track. I’ve tried splitting the music track and using fades to create the effect I’m going for but this is a clunky method and is not giving good results.
I’d just like to fluidly control the volume of the music track so that its louder when I’m not talking and quieter when I am talking. Is there a way to do this?
